Portal: The Uncooperative Board Game

Aperture Laboratories has resumed testing, with a grinding of gears and some uneasy rumbling! Your team of Test Subjects is now in the Lab, ready to undertake important, dignified, and dangerous testing procedures - all in pursuit of Cake! It's a fast-paced, fun, and humorous battle to the end. And by end, we mean your team will most likely meet their demise. The Lab is a constantly changing arena of death and dismemberment, but the advancement of SCIENTIFIC PROGRESS must always be the top priority for every Test Subject.

In this game of shifting area control and cardplay, players must strategically move and Portal their Test Subjects to different Chambers within the Lab. At the end of each turn, a Chamber at the edge of the Lab collapses, sending all Test Subjects on it into oblivion. However, if your Test Subjects outnumber all others in the collapsing Chamber, you will receive parting gifts - potentially including Cake. But be cautious, as this delicious reward must be kept safe in the Lab, where it risks falling into oblivion, or being snatched by your envious opponents and moved closer to the edge. The player who has accumulated the most Cake when a team loses their last Test Subject will emerge victorious. Will you risk collecting Cake early for a swift victory, or will you wait for a more secure opportunity? Win the game and prove that the Cake was no lie.
